Who is SportsX for?
Sports clubs and teams, academies, associations and governing bodies, plus leagues and tournament organizers. SportsX connects document management, credentials, injury reporting and authorized oversight.
What does injury management cover?
Documenting injuries and incidents, coordinating staff follow-up, reviewing clearance documents and tracking return-to-sport steps. Qualified professionals remain responsible for diagnosis, treatment and medical clearance.
Do parents need a full SportsX account?
Parents and guardians complete assigned signing and intake tasks through secure links. They do not need to navigate the organization’s administration workspace.
Can an association or event organizer see every record?
No. Visibility follows roles and applicable sharing permissions. Sensitive safety records have separate access requirements.
Can we keep our existing registration system?
Explore the Partner API documentation and discuss your workflow with our team. Confirm the supported operations, permissions and documented limits before implementation.
Where is SportsX available?
Current club onboarding supports Ontario, Canada. Contact us to discuss other regions and their requirements.
Does SportsX provide legal or medical advice?
No. SportsX supports documents, records and workflows. Your qualified advisers and authorized staff remain responsible for legal and medical decisions.
Is the readiness check a compliance audit?
No. It is a self-reported questionnaire and discussion aid. Its score does not certify compliance or replace a review of your actual practices and records.

Ontario clubs can use the club registration page. Teams, associations, leagues, tournament organizers and integration partners can book a demo to agree on scope, pricing and onboarding requirements.
